Do you offer other Hamptons delivery routes besides NYC?
Yes. In addition to New York City, HandyVan also provides:
Each route has flat-rate pricing (including ferry service), private Sprinter van service, and optional art packing & installation.
Are you familiar with the Hamptons “Trade Parade” traffic?
Absolutely. We plan every eastbound and westbound trip around the Hamptons “Trade Parade” — the heavy weekday rush of service vehicles on Route 27 and County Road 39. Our timing and route planning are designed to avoid those morning and afternoon bottlenecks. You can read more about how it works in our full post:

Can you provide a COI for my building?
Yes. COI isn’t included in the flat rate and may require an additional fee. Issuance can take time, sometimes up to 2-3 days. Please share building requirements as soon as possible.
Do you handle seasonal relocations?
Yes, seasonal moves are one of our most popular requests. We regularly help clients set up or close down Hamptons homes for summer or winter seasons, including packing, delivery, and installation.
Is this a private van service or shared truck?
All HandyVan trips are private loads in our Sprinter van.
Can I book a single-item move from NYC to the Hamptons?
Yes. We often transport single pieces—like a sofa, mattress, or valuable artwork—directly between NYC and Hamptons homes.
Do you serve all towns in the Hamptons?
Yes. We cover East Hampton, Southampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk, Westhampton, Shelter Island, and surrounding Suffolk County.
How much notice do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially during peak summer weekends in Hamptons. Same-day or next-day service may be available depending on our schedule.

Flat rates cover the direct trip between pickup and drop-off. Extra costs (like ferries to Shelter Island, or Manhattan congestion tolls) are added transparently to your quote.
