Do you provide IKEA shopping?
No. We don’t shop at IKEA on behalf of clients. Our service begins once you’ve placed your order directly with IKEA. From there, we can either pick it up for you or assemble it at your home if you’ve arranged your own transport.
Can you pick up my pre-paid IKEA order—or just assemble what I already have at home?
Yes to both. We can collect your ready-for-pickup order from IKEA or come for assembly-only if your items are already at your place. (Tip: If you’re relocating, you can bundle this with our Small Moves service for one smooth visit.)
Do you wall-mount items (shelves, TV units, wardrobes, kitchen rails)?
Yes. We install and anchor units when required. Please check your building’s drilling rules—some NYC buildings need a COI or limit work hours.
Do you handle large/complex builds like PAX wardrobes or sofa beds?
Absolutely. We regularly assemble PAX, BRIMNES, BESTÅ/UPPLEVA, SOFIDOs, etc.
What if a part is missing or damaged out of the box?
We’ll flag it on the spot. We can continue as far as possible, then return once the part arrives. If damage occurs due to our work (rare), we’ll refund/replace the item per our guarantee.
How long will my assembly take?
Time depends on the item and site conditions (elevators, stairs, parking, wall type). We’ll estimate the duration with your quote so you can plan your day.
Do I need to be home?
It’s best if you (or a designated contact) are present to provide access and confirm placement. For trusted repeat clients and secondary homes (e.g., Hamptons), we can arrange key/code access in advance.
Do you remove packaging?
We tidy the workspace and can bag cardboard/film for your building’s recycling. If you need full haul-away, ask us to include a disposal add-on.
Do you disassemble/reassemble for moves?
Yes. We can carefully disassemble, transport, and reassemble—commonly used for apartment moves in Manhattan/Brooklyn and regional routes like Hamptons–CT–Boston.
Where do you operate?
All five NYC boroughs. We also run flat-rate corridor moves to the Hamptons, Connecticut, and Boston, and can combine delivery/assembly with those trips when it makes sense.
What’s included vs. not included?
Included: professional tools, careful handling, secure assembly/anchoring (when requested), and basic cleanup.

What about stairs, elevator access, and parking?
Please confirm elevator or loading-dock access with your building. Prices assume elevator service or up to 1 flight; additional flights/long carries may add a small surcharge. Customer will be responsible for the parking tickets if there is no legal parking space.
